Seriously psyched for this one after hearing Ghul talk about the premise with captcorajus.

So far ive gathered: Orks, dæmons & a lone keep astride a blood-red river in an uninhabitable zone.

I will be running this the day It comes in.

Mulling over running "The Isle of Dread"  in Hyperborea, with heavy modification:

I suspect an avatar of cthulu or kulk-xu is going to take the place of the kopru.

I plan to include a werebat attack from the cliffs ala "voyage of king eurovan".

Anybody else run such a game?
Any suggestions?

It went very well; they loved it. My players are quite clever, very strategic and they brought a stable of hirelings to die on their behalf. I could see a less well prepared group having some difficulty though.

A dungeon crawl inspired by "the seven geases" would be pretty interesting, no?

When I ran Goodman's "Into the borderlands" I used the AD&D 2e monstrous manual to fill in the gaps for monsters I did not choose to replace.
