Question on the pages where the background art bleeds through into the text box(es) (i.e., pages 11,14,17,20,25,29,31,34,38,42,45,48,51,54,60,64,67,70,74,78,82,86,89,93). Can the those pages be redone to prevent the background art from bleeding through?

The art bleeding through makes it difficult for me to read the text on those pages.

I appreciate that you took the time to cite all those instances, but I'm afraid it was a decision we are going to have to live with, because the book is already at the printer, and we are far removed from the layout aspect of the project. But let me assure you, the transparency effect is far less noticeable on the print version of the game. Thank you, sir!

Cheers,
Jeff T.

Ghul, I should have been more clear. Is it possible to update the pdf file to make those pages easier to read?

Will be attending for my first time.

Was able to get into The Sea-Wolf's Daughter and The Anthropophagi of Xamboola when I registered.

Went back in to add in more events and the system booted me from The Anthropophagi of Xamboola. Argh!

Also snagged a seat for Prata's The Pit on Friday afternoon.

Event Registration is set for Saturday 23 January barring any unforseen issues. The Event List will be Available in full Wednesday 20 Jan!

So stay tuned. It's a short flash to bang this year given the earlier date and time required for printing badges and tickets.

Unclear exactly what time it starts Saturday, but I'm sure it will be made clear soon. Keep an eye out on the Gary Con forum. Let's all be sure to post any specific updates here as soon as we see them. Thanks!

Stahlnee says FB says 12PM Saturday.

24 (if I count correctly). Taking residence inside a royal tomb in the southern reaches is a simulacrum that has supplanted the rightful dynasty over the last two centuries. The simulacrum is the Hyperborean incarnation of the evil shooting star watcher. Over the last two centuries 9,994 Hyperborean souls have been consumed. This is just 6 Hyperborean souls short of the 10,000 needed for the evil shooting star watcher to claim immortality within the heavens.  A party of 6+ adventurers has had their future foretold by the witch Laveau and they seek out the royal tomb for clues to understanding their future.

The maps are very easy to read and find what you are looking for. Not too much and not too little. Just right amount of detail and very clear. Very nice job on the maps!

Find games run by Taco Jon, Francisca, and Grodog, too, if they are not sold out. Those guys are great.

Francisca and Grodog games I believe all sold out.

Taco Jon I believe has seats left in one game.

Please let me know if you guys can use another person for a pickup game. I have 4 events scheduled and was successful in a couple of registrations today but still have some big time windows open for pickup games. My big time windows include late Wednesday, Thursday afternoon (this may get chopped up), very late Friday/Saturday.

Thank you,
Edwin

Hi All, Finally got access after the Ghul defeated a mysterious demon. Name is Edwin Stahlnecker. I started gaming around 1970 with wargames and began D&D in 1975 and went from there. Took a 10 year hiatus and got back into gaming a couple of years ago. I went to GaryCon VI and picked up a copy of AS&SH. Played my first AS&SH game (Beneath the Comet) at NTRPG Con with Ghul running and had a blast. I might be finally getting into a consistent game again coming up. I am going to try to attend GaryCon, NTRPG Con, Nexus Game Fair, and Gamehold Con each year. Ask away. Best, Edwin
