I can't decide from the illo if they are walking around a very flooded town (like Venice, but they don't gaf because they're from Port Greely and their...lineage) or if it's a damn heavy mist.

Having a DM screen for a game is a huge win in my opine.
ie. When LL came out with it's cool screen I immediately started running it more. It may sound simple and it likely is, but it's the truth
