If you think Narrhil seeing torchlight inside the church is a good thing!

Now two torches moving at the front doors...

Narrhil curses that he has left his haven unguarded, 'and what of the worm and Tillak, are they fine?' he muses. He moves closer for a better look, trying to use trees and foliage to hide behind and dim the icicle.

From his position at the gate, there are no trees within his 30ft light, only the fallen branch---he ducks down behind it?
The torches flicker at the doorway. There is some gesturing in Narrhil's direction. Also to the south.
NArrhil hears no voices as the wind is at his back. The torchbearers go back inside the church.

[So, the glare of the Continuous Light spells does not obscure any light from any other light source?
Do they look human, orc, or other form?]

There is no glare. The light's gleam is soft. The torchlight is quite visible. Everything in those spheres is visible.
The men were long haired. Clad in thick coats, but kept their faces turned away from Narrhil's line of sight.

[Did they look like primitives, or more advanced like blonde-haired Vikings?]

Narrhill couldn't see their faces. Long hair was dark, loose.

Moving back out the gate, Narrhil returns to the globes of light, but does not enter, he then extinguishes his icicle and moves along the outside of the Continuous Light spell effects, watching for any protruding objects into the light; to give him an idea what may lie in the darkness. Otherwise he goes very slow, his battle axe in hand, stretched out, testing for trees or low rocks in his way.

Which way, back toward the church or away?
