The Anthropophagi of Xambaala

Wrote up a review on the latest adventure here: Crawling for Coppers.

Overall, it's a great adventure module that adds some welcome depth to a small region of Hyperborea.  Highly recommended for fans of AS&SH, Conan stories, or just quality design.

Great review.
I'm reading it now in preparation to run for our group.

Re: The Anthropophagi of Xambaala

Thanks Zach! Great little overview.

I'm starting a new campaign in Xambaala Wednesday, as you know, so I have been reading the module and concur with your conclusions.

Blackadder23: Insanely long villain soliloquy, then "Your action?"
BORGO'S PLAYER: I shoot him in the face

Re: The Anthropophagi of Xambaala

I'd just like to add my 2 cents on this one and say what an absolutely fantastic adventure this is.  Honestly, IMHO, it compares very favorably to many of the best adventures written during D&D's heyday, and I don't say that very often.  Great work!
