Anyway, in relation to your larger point, the reviewer for the New Yorker compared the new Star Wars movie to getting edible food at a restaurant that gave you severe food poisoning the last three times you ate there. I couldn't have put it better myself.
Yep, I agree with this and the other points that have been made here. Also the parts with
Overall I was entertained, that is good, right? But I was also let down by the story rehash where everything accomplished to restore the republic in episodes 4-6 seems to have been for nothing. I mean the 'rebels' are still a rag-tag group of underdogs after 30 years? C'mon!Rey using force like powers with no training were pretty annoying too, dang me for demanding consistency with training and such to learn the Jedi ways...

1.) Write more custom content for my games.
2.) Health - get in more exercise and eat better.
3.) Hell, just write more in general. :-)
4.) Divest myself of a ton of things I don't need anymore, like a spring cleaning on steroids.

To teleport successfully does the area have to be a geographic location or can it be mobile like the inside of a Romani's wagon? What about onto their own saddle on a moving horse? What about onto a floating Giant citadel the size of a mountain?
I'm leaning toward interpreting that the spell must be used either line of sight or to a fixed location and that it cannot be used to pop onto a sailing ship or the well known saddle of the caster.

Yes, nDervish, good point. I think I would give the belt pouch a save first, then the glass, so a 10 then a 9 versus a fireball. This will move the firetrap bottles into something that is probably used for a few levels until the party hits the big mana weilding opponents, then it will no doubt fall out of favor.

Just a quick question here. The druid has advanced to level 3 and she has picked up Fire Trap. This spell will be useful for a variety of reasons, but upon close reading it can be cast on bottles. Her thought is to fill some glass vials with oil cast Fire Trap on them and then hurl them at her enemies for massive damage. I happen to like her initiative and creative use (explotation?) of the spell to have a poor woman's fireball. I'm inclined to let this happen, though I warned her of the dangers of traveling around with 3 of these in her belt pouch, one critical hit or fall could result in a flaming Druid the likes of which will haunt PC memories for years to come.
How would you handle this use of the spell? Would you allow it or rule that breaking the bottles open doesn't constitute opening per the spirit of the spell?
