It was! I could have easily consumed a few of those. What made it even more satisfying was this occurred at the end of a long, summer's day. I had spent a good part of the day anticipating a cold brew, and I had not had one in quite a few weeks. It's the small things in life right?

Thanks rredmond. And yes Chainsaw, I was. Nice to get out of the city once in awhile. My wife runs a typography business in addition to her regular job (as a hobby). We were in Tauranga for an outdoor market anyway, but it's nice to combine work and pleasure.

I finally refound my favorite brew. A fellow shared a bottle of Stone's Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale with me about a year ago. I've been hunting for more ever since. Yesterday I learned the brewer had changed its name (Sublimely Self-Righteous Black IPA) and it has been on the shelf all of this time. Now, not only do I finally find it, I also learn the brewer will stop brewing it in April. /sigh/ I'm stocking up while it is available.

Oh, and LOVE that Breakfast Stout!
