[ Is dude down for good? Do we keep swinging (which is okay with me) or do you need initiative rolls? ]

Turok doesnt see movement from the fallen foe so he cant be sure, but turning back he can see that the sound of the hammer on bone has roused his  sleeping friends!!

[Yes, generally because its play by post, go ahead and give intention, initiative, action roll, damage, save whatever ,  and I'll use what's necessary up to where it stops. say no damage if you miss.]

Satisfied by the heavy thunk, Turok moves on to the next target.

Motioning to Arvi to join in, Turok swings the mighty warclub again,,,

Turok's quick look behind reveals Auzi pulling in the rear through the camp, and now surround by the waking beastmen.
Turok's nightglass can't illuminate much beyond Auzi himself, but the old man is reaching deep into one of the pockets of his heavy frock as Turok steps back toward the group, landing his club hard against one of the rising beastmen, its pained grunt a warning to its companions that the fight is on!

[Fever fading enough to remember game in progress...Saturday morning  wow.]

Auzi pulls out lumps of dried grasses and flings them through the air as he shouts out words Turok doesn't comprehend. Those beastmen nearest to the wizard immediately stiffen as the rain of words and shavings connect.
Several of the beastmen closer to the Shaman though shake off their grogginess and make it to their feet approaching with blades out in the dark barking  in a broken animalistic common, "Drop your club FOOL, or DIE a bloody and senseless DEATH!"

[HEY Roll an initiative roll before I can apply your previous 2nd attack roll, if you still want to do that should you win]

"Consider yourself dead then you idiot!," barks out the advancing vhuurmis, smarting from his wound. He is joined at the shoulder by a second and the bulk of them blocks out any sight of Auzi and his plight with the remaining foes behind.
Even in the dim glow of the nightglass Turok catches gleams of gold from valorous medallions pinned to these beasts' breasts. Their foul breath's stench now floats atop the huge puffs of vapor they exhale as they swing their axes with practiced precision in the dark. [11!] [9!]  And it is all Turok can do to avoid only one of their blows!
[TUROK -2 HP]

[ Turok is at a 2.5 hp? ]

Turok makes a direct beseechment knowing the risk of it not being answered,

"Great spirits , mighty ancestors, grant me the wisdom and the strength to vanquish my foes ...
it is with the spirit of the Wolf that I make this dire request ... hear me oh great spirits!"

Turok gives it everything he's got a puts into his warclub with both hands.....

[Turok has 9.5 hp.]
[Turok recalls his totem is direct descent of the Wolf.]
[If desired, during normal beseechment, a direct call upon Turok's ancestors of the wolf for POSSESSION can be made, whereupon the spirit of any of the previous holders of the totem may inhabit (d%) Turok. Availing him of all of THEIR elevated wisdom and great shamanistic sorcerous skills for up to d12 rounds.]

Turok's thunderous voice rings out in the darkness and joins a song of spirits on the air!

[TUROK hold those attack rolls and roll d12.]

The great voices quiet immediately and Turok is helpless inside his own mind as he has to make way for his call that has been answered. His consciousness becomes one with the awakening of the GREAT ANGAKOK his ancestral forebear.

The mighty shaman quickly surveys the scene before him, aided by the nightglass.

[GREAT ANGAKOK roll initiative.]

GREAT AGNAKOK, shaman 6, (SAME AC as Turok) HP 23, FA3, TA 4, CA6,   WIS18 (bonus casts)
