HYPERBOREA / Map of Khromarium?

I've seen a really cool map of Khromarium on the discord, and used on [youtube]app=desktop[/youtube]. It's mentioned it came from someone on this forum.

Just had a search but couldn't seem to find it. I'd love to grab a copy if someone has it?
