"Ash of vampyre ancient,
Blood of the undying troll,
with the bristle of the moon cursed rat--
under twin moons dark, in the heart of nightfall--
lo, I have wrought this pot
ent elixir"

In AD&D and its analogs, there are many vampire variants presented such as the eastern vampire, the nosferatu, and the drow vampire-- here is my attempt to provide a variant vampire to my Hyperborea campaign.

Here it is: Inspired by the Alchemically produced "Count Magnus" of M. R. James' eponymous tale-- and stealing greatly from the material and language Jeffrey has already provided us.

"We alone of all mankind, who are sorcerers of high attainment and mastery, may endure the lethal ice-change and become breathers of the airless void, and thus, in the end, be made suitable for the provender of such as Rlim Shaikorth." sounds great unless you know what Provender means.

I think after 6 revisions I think I'm finally done editing this fella-- hopefully somebody will get some use out of him.

A great honor! It was fun to put together.
This little beasty got me sucked back in-- here I am 5 pages deep in campaign prep already.
