It was just posted, so 6 out of 7 seats are still available.  Winter War is a great old school miniatures/wargaming/boardgaming con.  It's decidedly new school w/ respect to RPGs, but I've put a chink in that armor over the years!  

I'm not historcially good at posting write-ups in the aftermath of the con games I run, but I'll try to do so on this one.
