The weight of a quart of wine was adjusted to two pounds. Thanks.

The saving throw number with no categorical bonuses for monsters is by intent. Some monsters go to 16 HD which is a base 9 SV as compared to the PC base 11 maximum at 12th level. Some monsters (roper, daemons) have spell resistance, too. Many many monsters have specific spell or effect immunities. PCs have bonuses because they are men and women of heroic stamp, typically superior to the commoners walking the streets of Khromarium and elsewhere. To my way of thinking it all works out, so this is not something I would change. Only for the rare classed humanoids would I consider it, IMC.

More wine, grease, and glue for everyone!

OK . . . but sometimes it seems like you don't even *want* the monsters to win!

This is Hyperborea---the land of equal-defeat opportunity, for both PCs and monsters! :D :D

Are treasure values being changed? Because I've been trying to automate hoard generation, and I'm pretty sure I'll be too lazy to check those lines :D

Values, no, but we've added some expanded tables for gems and jewellery (plus many new magic items!).

Nice.
I'm counting days like a child before Christmas (plus, y'know, with a variable date instead of a constant).

Yes, I got mine also; will be attempting to read every page of the 622 today; but doubt I will make it!

Fantastic; congratulations to you Jeff and the team for such a good job, well done!
Not going to give any negatives; wait this is a negative; did prefer volumes in two different parts, but I will survive!
Is this another negative, looks cleaner than 1E; I preferred it unclean! again; I will survive!

Great stuff, I off to read it!!!

I'm digging the new treasure tables. Rolls for types of gems and articles of jewelry. Nice!
