I bought this issue #1 at a comic shop and read it. Liked it a lot, awesome interior art. The storyline is rather basic so far but gritty and the Weirdworld environment is weird and cool.
Issue #2 comes out in a few weeks I think and picks up where #1 left off (with gorillas under the sea in bubble helmets trying to kill him/Apelantis)
Recommended if you are ever driving by a comic shop

Issue #2 just came out . I dug #1 quite a bit so am going to grab #2 next time I am near zee comic book shop..

Went by the old Comics Dungeon in Wallingford today, but Weirdworld #2 doesn't hit store fronts until 7/22/15 I found out.
They had a box of old Conan and related type stuff. Grabbed 4 old Conan Saga's and an Epic Illustrated that looks cool. Can't remember the last time I have read an Epic zine. Probably 30 years ago..

Yeah, I sent a message to my buddy Glen at the Comic Book Palace (Haverhill, MA). He is putting aside #1 for me, and yes, he said #2 will be out next week. Thanks for the heads up!

I picked up issues 2,3 &4 today from the local comic shop.
Read 2 &3 so far, fun series. Not sure how many more issues there will be in it
