"Yes if you may...we should tarry here until we have light...it may be dangerous to move on in the dark."
[Votin is a fountain of wisdom]
Tillak lights another torch.

Tillak fumbles through his pack for the tinder and after several tense moments of silence, torch 2 of 7 ignites, casting their shadows once more against the thick floor of snow.
Their own old tracks and that of the wolves only lead east to the wooded hills. they will need to trudge through the snow to follow around the cemetery fence.
[Can I get a marching order to the south?]

"Where is this cave you speak of?"
Narrhil points up in the direction they had come from to the cave. But in the pitch black, there is little to see.
[He will point in general direction...]
"When we left caves, we followed a trail back to the church. There was some strange lights in the church, but they seem gone now!" He explains.

Narrhil will try position himself in centre of group...
[Guess cave is to east.]

Narrhil reacts to Votin's warning. They had the wall of the church behind them but they could be flanked on each side. "Can we make it to the temple doors?"

Tillak is second, just because he has to hold his shield in his off hand.

Kèet can go last. He’ll have his ranged weapon ready and will continually check behind him.

The group heads out into the virgin snow. Votin, Tillak with light, Narrhil, Keet.
Without the aid of snowshoes the going is slow and boots leak wet with freezing snow.
The woods to the south remain quiet and still.
The low dark clouds slowly drift overhead.
Eventually they round the church, and arrive at its broken front doors, which no longer close completely.
Inside there are pews barricading the entry.
There is carving on the outside of the door.

The group scratches their heads and ponders what make of mead was in Tillak's waterskin last week, as he calls for the very torchlight he is holding.
