Just noticed that we've passed the 6 year anniversary of Scorched Sanctuary and nobody's even scratched the surface of it yet! LOL!

[Well, I did not want to tell. But, hmm, never drink any dark-stained liquids that smells bad, in a dishevel shack at the backend of nowhere. The fates will decide but not a good idea.

It's in the sheet that I sent you. I get FA and CA raised to 4, I don't any new spells, and I roll a d8 for HP. (2nd Ed. at least.)

OKay, got it. There's some conflicting info sections on there so I'll compare with my sheet.
And I do not see the new HP roll.
Roll d8 and let me know.

Tillak's watch is uneventful.

As TIllak falls back into slumber, Votin decides how to spend his time...
Tillak let the bookfire dwindle down to embers...so its pretty dark in here again.
There are 7 torches on the floor.
The magician has moved the mattress and sleeps upon it.
The smoke is hanging in the closed room again.

Votin feels around for a book to toss onto the fire(Hopefully there's a pile), he doesn't want to use a torch yet.
He may crack the door a little to vent the smoke but will listen at the door carefully first.
Votin doesn't to attract the wrong type of attention by the smoke smell.

There are still books around to add.
The wind has picked up again outside.
Offline
Votin finds and adds another book to the fire, nursing to get better light.
He listens intently at the door for any sign of trouble and if the coast is clear he will crack it open ever so slightly to clear the smoke out of the room.
He braces himself against the door in case he has to close it immediately.
Offline
The book burns.
Only the renewed wind outside.
The cracked door immediately sucks the smoke outside.
Everything is dark in the courtyard.

Tillak begins to read one of the books. Anything interesting?

Votin closes and secures the door and then resumes his watch.

The inspirational, spiritual poetry puts Tillak right to sleep.

Votin hears the book fall from Tillak's hands to the floor and then his soft gently snores.
He keeps a slow stream of books into the small flames for heat and light.
After an hour, he hears a soft snap from outside.

Votin quietly rouses his companions...
"Pssst...Grab your weapons and on your feet, I think we have unwanted guests."

Narrhil slowly moves, tired but alert, combat was not his forte but when needs must. He gripped his pick and his hand axe. Readying for battle.
