To be clear - the only beastmen Tillak sees are the 3 loinclothed and 1 banded armour clad on the floor of the cellar.
I assume you mean to Charge into the chapel?
[ If so, Tillak roll INITIATIVE for this intended action. ]

1d6: 2! Tillak steps into the room and swings at the nearest foe while still trying to give Narrhill cover.

Tillak rushes into the chapel, war pick swinging wildly as he crosses the threshold of the burnt out doorway and into the chest of a wailing beastman!
[TILLAK roll war pick damage with +2 for charge attack (i think its d8+3+2?)

The beastman's eyes go wide and he drops his club to the floor. He desperately grabs the pick in his chest and drops to his knees in disbelief.
His murder red vision fading - Tillak hears other movement in the room.
Narrhil arrives at the burnt out doorway in time to see the hides of several beastmen disappear in various positions behind the safety of the pews!

Yes, keeping stone wall as protection.

This is what you saw LAST ROUND when Narrhil arrived at his cover position:

'Perhaps Tillak can kill the beastmen, one at a time,' he thinks.
"Sir Tillak, try draw them in, one at a time, preferably, they fear my wand but how long that will last, I not know!"
[OOC: I trying to save wand charges, as I not know how many there is, but cryomancer readies, if the brutes charge on mass, he will step out of cover (avoiding Tillak) and blast the lot of them...]
Narrhil Morrtos rolls d6 = 5

[Solid plan and nice init. roll, cuz I'm positive these beastmen intend to kill every last one of you and keep the church and the wand for themselves!]

1d6: 1! When they attack Tillak he will retaliate.

Narhill waits eyeing the pews his hand gripping the mighty wand.
But as Tillak pulls his pick from the chest of the beastmen on his knees --
a beastmen lobs a rock from his hidden position at the defenseless warlock!! (6) And the rock skitters across the raised dais.
A second bomb flies! (4) landing harmlessly in the now burnt out bookfire ashes.
A third through the air! (10) close but missing.
Narrhil can't get a blast off.
Tillak now standing over the wounded beastman with his pick freed.
[What is Tillak's retaliation to end this round?]

"There just primitive apes Sir Tillak, we need to coax them into attacking, then I will destroy them," indicating the wand once more...

[OCC: s***. Sorry.]
Tillsk will rush the beastmen next round.

[OOC: NP, good show, true warrior stuff, Narrhil will do his best to support Warlock
If any come at Cryomancer, he will step back and freeze them in the doorway so none of the blast will reach Tillak, who be a pews by then].
