In the flickering light Votin's body begins to vibrate, the pulse quickens till he can barely hold his torch!
the torchlight dies as it hits the stone floor, before it slowly burns back to life.
Votin is gone!
Narrhil and Tillak stare at each other in disbelief -- both wondering what transpired on the barbarian's watch while they slept.

Tillak follows Narrhil into the cellar room beyond.
The hundred of dusty bottles reflect the flickering torchlight.
Tillak feels a noticeable drop in temperature and looking down at the wolf carcass blocking the walkway- desperately wishes for a winter fur.
A strong cold breeze flows from the narrow staircase embedded within the stone wall.
