The two warriors can see what Narrhil has got as he set his blanket down to sleep in. He helps bandage any wounds and says, "the embers from that fire above might help start a new fire!"
[OOC: Narrhil not got a description of new room they in?, but have read previous script before, wine cellar, presuming wooden racks, good for fire wood. We could place Votin's torch in wood to start fire if desperate].
Gear: Winter robes, loincloth, belt, trews, boots, cloak, fur hat, pick (horseman’s): x2, dagger, hand axe, bandages, gauze (10-ft. ball), backpack, winter blanket, sinew cord 100 ft., drinking horn (stoppered), fishing hook: x12, fishing string (100 ft.), tinderbox, torch: x4, 50 ft. hemp rope (now 40 ft.), iron pry bar.

Votin looks for a safe place to build a small fire and returns through the small passage looking for items to keep robe, thinking about the robe on the dead body...don't think it needs it.[If he can]
Offline
Narrhil watches Votin walk away, then turns to keep looking up the stairs. He watches the icicle fade, he had cast it nearly an hour ago and it was losing power.
[OOC: uncertain if a fire has been started, or about torch. If we got fire occurring, Narrhil was to see if he can loosen any wood from the wine racks to add to the blaze.]

Tillak tries to start a fire.

Narrhil lays out his belongings looking for something to burn. The room is roughly 10x15ft. There are 4 rows of shelving built into the space floor to ceiling, well preserved. The shelves are filled with dusty bottles.

Votin has nothing to burn. He takes his torch with him and disappears behind the far shelf.

Tillak watches the Icicle glow go out and the glow of Votin's torch disappear.
Finding himself in darkness with Narrhil, he fumbles around for a torch and his tinder.

Votin crawls back through the small opened stone in the room's back corner and emerges again in the shallow domed space. The heaped robe remains in the room's center...

Votin carefully takes the robe off of the corpse and tries it on...(hope it fits!)

Votin examines the body as he reaches over for the frock.
The frock is old and worn by time and has fallen away from the corpse from his last inspection. The skin of the man is rawhide leather and warm to the touch. A thin golden band wraps the middle finger of a clawed hand.
Beside the body are 6 empty green bottles.
A spilled inkwell.
A quill.
Votin carefully pulls the frayed frock over himself, it is very aged and damaged. But gives him some immediate warmth. though he is certain it will not hod together much longer.

Narrhil asks of Tillik, “have you examined these bottles?” he asks.
“If we empty one of the shelves of these bottles, we can chop the wood into bits for firewood!”

Votin searches the cellar for any other green bottles.

Votin is not in the cellar. He has crawled through the secret chute to the Domed chamber.
There are only the 6 empty green bottles here, next to the spilled inkwell and the quill, and the leathered skin man.

Votin goes through the shaft and returns to his companions.

Votin reappears in the cellar wearing the frayed frock, Tillak has torch lighted and is in conversation with the newcomer, Narrhil.

'Where did he go, there must be another chamber back there,' thought Narrhil. The cryomancer ponders a look back there later, they might need a redoubt to retreat to.
As Tillak worked on the fire, he said, “might best you both sleep, I will guard. Perhaps in that far chamber if it is easily defended and warm?”

"That sounds like a good idea."
Votin gets comfortable as best as he can and goes to sleep.

Narrhil awaited Tillak, and watched how he progressed with fire. He would need some light to watch the stairs. If things went bad, he would rush to the other chamber, using one of his torches he set on the ground beside him to light his way.
