Votin stands near the lashed pews weapon at the ready...
"Stand fast and state ye business...if you can understand me."

Narrhil keeps close to Votin, using the front wall containing the double door as cover against what it outside.. He tries to keep as quiet as possible and not exhale any cold air.
[OOC: Seems there is some confusion of what door we were trying to write of:
Iron Wrote: Something is moving at the twined pews/broken front doors!
Then Yeti states: Votin motions to his companions to remain silent and moves closer to the door listening intently.
I just presumed he meant front doors and now he there, Narrhil went to join him... ]

The three adventurers creep out of the kitchen toward the pews tied to the broken front doors.
They past the small fire, now nearly extinguished again.
The snow falls yet thicker through the burned out ceiling and the wind howls outside the church.
Narrhil takes up a stance on the left? side of the double doors, his Icicle still lighting their way.
Votin steps up in the blocked doorway - his voice rings out in the frigid air.
There is no response from the darkness outside.

Narrhil attempts to provide light for Votin, so he can see out any holes in the double doors, to location tracks in the snow... He also tries to listen for any movement or sound of the thing's breath...
Narrhil Morrtos rolls d6 = 1

[Impossible for Votin to see further than a foot outside the broken doors, especially since the pews are blocking the opening. Unless maybe Narrhil holds his Icicle hand out through the broken doors.]
But with the glow of Narrhil's magic, Votin sees sets of wolf prints and human boot prints right at the entrance.
Narrhil hears nothing but the wisping of the wind.

[OOC: How many sets of boot prints? Coming and going?]
Can Votin see any other type of prints from where he's at?

[Okay, let me try to get this right so Caveman doesn't come back at me... LOL!]
Votin is standing in the middle of the open broken double doors.
These doors are broken on their hinges at about a 45 degree each facing inside the building.
To them are now lashed 2 wooden pews at stacked/awkward angles.
These pews are 3 ft deep.
These doors are around 4ft wide each so I'm guessing that's like 2-3 ft more feet stuck inside the building.
So Votin is looking through these pews to like 5-6 feet.
Light - The little bit of firelight remaining is behind you 20-25 ft. on the ground, these are 3 more sets of pews and 2 large wolf carcasses and Votin (and I'm assuming Tillak) blocking most all of that.
Now Narrhil has his Icicle going still, but the problem there is he said that he was hugging the front wall as cover - and because those broken double doors are facing IN , he is behind it, so nearly all of his Icicle light is blocked by the door.
To answer the question: In the shadowy flickers Votin sees a jumble of paw prints. The boots look like they enter, but not 100% on this without further/closer inspection.
I hope that makes the scene very clear.

Still there is no response from outside the church.

[OOC: one stand guard at the door while the other two move supplies downstairs? should we make the fire brighter?]
Offline
Narrhil moved away from wall to allow Votin to see better, then he will moves back to the safe place beside left wall.
“Yes, that might be a good idea,” states the Cryomancer, “it might just be patrolling, if it is the wolves, looking for a place to enter by?”

[I think you mean "warmer" as Votin has no winter furs. Everything seemed so temperate just days ago before you ever found your way up to this burned church.]
[Not to mention that one thing after another has kept a much needed rest at bay for quite some time.]

[In Real Life I could, but Cryomancer unsure, he a Gardener by trade... , still its (skin) is easy stuff to take off... just need to cure it with something, salt would do, I think? Or just scrap excess fat off with a knife, better than nothing...?
If Votin a Barbarian and got 'Wilderness Survival,' it be normal for him? ]
