How large is the fire?

Votin checks his weapons, "Let us barricade the door to the stairwell with us on the inside, that will restrict the entrance...hopefully they fear fire so that we may build a pyre of sorts...if we don't have time to build one on the inside...are we in agreement or is there a better way?"

In the room with Votin and Malak is a wooden table and a cast iron pot hanging from a chain in the fireplace.

The roof of the room where Tillak remains has been burnt out and the elements have poured in for what looks like years. There are 8 wooden pews, mounds of books and loose parchment strewn about, and a melted golden harp in there -all completely sogged.

Votin has moved back into the larger room with Tillak and is tossing damp books on the small fire -- which hisses and spews smoke in defense.

[Is Malak staying near the cellar door or going back to assist Votin?]
