Hyperborean Dinosaurs

We're just starting to verify that when prehistoric Hyperborea (Greenland) was a desert, it indeed had dinosaurs. Which is pretty exciting.

They'd need to have down feathers to survive in most of Ghūl's Hyperborea though.

Or add Hibernation to allow for the very long winters with the Reptilian Carnivores... Imagine how vicious a pack of Velociraptors would be after sleeping for 4-5 years?!?!?

One possibility is they could exist in isolated regions heated by volcanoes.

Which is exactly what we have going on in Joseph Salvador's "Forgotten Fane of the Coiled Goddess."
