Re: The Scorched Sanctuary

Is he going to slam into us?

Maybe the river is on the way to somewhere nice?

Undoubtedly.

Kondor cranes his neck as much as he can muster but he cannot see anything beyond the grate.

[Kondor roll 3d6]

[Tillak tries to angle himself so that he doesn't slam into the rest of the party and hurt them too badly.]

Is it Gundrabu or something else?

Gundrabu denys it. It's the other leg.

Kondor keeps swimming back, but makes a note to go back to whatever did it once they're not drowning.

Re: The Scorched Sanctuary

[ just to make sure you understand the situation]

Kondor cannot move, he is pressed up against a metal grate with tons of water pressure against him.
Gundrabu to his right, and something keeps hitting his left leg underneath the water.
The armored esquimeaux warlock is careening their way......like a bowling ball surfing a wave.

Can Kondor grab the thing on his left leg? If so he will do so: either it's the Helm (woohoo!), or it's a chain, like the grate up above, and he can pull it to open the grate so they all flow into the next area - and avoid being smashed to pieces by Tillak!

Re: The Scorched Sanctuary

Kondor grab at the thing continuously hitting his leg.
It is a loose rope.

Sully, not yet! I imagine things are going to get mighty interesting, depending on what happens with that rope and Tillak about to collide with Kondor and/or Gundrabu.

Re: The Scorched Sanctuary

Kondor pulls the rope with all his strength, hoping the grate will move before Tillak slams into them.
