Inside, the contents still boil, a foam at the surface.

Emral shines his lantern up the narrow steep stairwell within the wall.
Even from down here you both can see the deep gouges on the inside of the door above.

Climbing the stairs. Malak sees old dried blood all over the backside of the door.
There are strips of torn dehydrated flesh hanging in tendrils from ripped wood splinters.
Small, broken fingernails are embedded in the deep gouges...
