I would assume so.
Her secondary skill is as an animal trainer and i see her upbringing as agricultural in addition to the hunting and wilderness experience. Horses would be the primary working animal to train and their primary use would be as draft horses, so i think she has driven a wagon before (removing horses from her animal trainer portfolio would IMO logically leave her with only being able to train hunting dogs). Her experience is probably not extensive, but she would not be completely unfamiliar.
I'll let you have final say (as always).
(I will certainly give her some points for trying. Roll 3d6)

The horses give a start as Venvig pulls on the reins the get the bits in their teeth and begin pulling the light wagon at a fast trot down the southern road.

Trying to gain some control over the horses Venvig is almost pulled from the driver's bench as the pair spook and begin to race forward. Instead it is the reigns which burn across Venvig's palms and fly free between the racing pair. Thrown backwards the bench catches Venvig in the small of her back and she is halfway over the bench into the wagon bed! (Roll a d20)

As the horses gallop down the road they begin to weave lightly and the wagon rocks back and forth. Their hooves pass a rutted pit in the road but the wheels catch it and send the wagon up and bouncing down, no more than a few inches but the shock sends Venvig over the back of the driver's bench and crashing into the barrels.

Landing among the barrels Venvig tries to grab hold of something, then twist herself around and slowly crawl up towards the driver's bench to see where this wild ride is going.

The barrels are secured by ropes both at the bottom to rings set in the sides of the wagon and across the middle to hold them in place.

Catching the ropes holding the barrels Venvig pulls herself foreward and gets hold of the baclk of the driver's bench. The horses are galloping forward for all they are worth and the wagon is bouncing badly. The barrels are slamming together and straining against their ropes even though they are all light and Venvig barely misses being crushed between them.

Venvig tries to crawl back onto the driver's bench. She goes slow in an attempt to be as safe as possible.

The wagon swerves back and forth careening wildly and in danger of overturning as the horses race on.

As her hands reach the back of the bench Venvig is bounced violently to the side and loses her grip. She is thrown to the side and bounces off one the barrels but manages to catch the rope that holds them in place. The wagon is rocking violently and she can feel the begininning of a turn as the horses start pulling to the left.

Venvig will try to lean right in an attempt to counter the left turn while she holds on thight to the ropes that hold the barrels.
