Hey guys, my Hyperborea miniature collection is coming along nicely but I am having a hard time finding anything I could use for half-blood Picts. I imagine them as resembling the Picts of Howard's "Beyond the Black River".

Our next game is 6/22, I'll try to snap some pics. The vast majority of my miniatures are unpainted though. I like painting, I just don't have the time.

I would use historical minis of pre-contact Native Americans.

Maybe something like these:

Thanks BA23, one of my players sent me the same link and I like them. I just wanted to see if there was anything else out there before I pulled the trigger.

Nice model links!    For some reason, I feel like I want to default to half-orc models from other genres/reaper minis, etc. even though not totally appropriate...two of our players in the campaign are half-blood picts, but one decided he was half-pict-amazon...so he's the tall red armor clad one in this linked image.  Also total sidebar, but Citadel/GW makes this awesome 'base-textured paint' now for snowy bases called Valhallan Blizzard, and I love using it on my models for ASSH games.  You can see the effect in the image as well.  Just wanted to point that out, as snow has been falling a lot in our games recently when using the random weather generation tables (which I also love...)!

Thanks for the pic. I'd like to see a thread where everyone posts pics of minis on the table during a game. I find that sort of thing fascinating.

The Pacific NW figures from this manufacturer would fit - I like his creatures as well.

Thanks for the link. I will show this to my players. Thankfully, I suspect my players are gonna pick all the low hanging fruit (local, easier adventures) before venturing far from Khromarium so I have a little time.

God, I thought it was the Vision Serpent, but the Deer Woman just steals the show!
