Here is an awesome inde comic one of my good friends has been working on for the last 5 years. He is absolutely amazing artist. I do not know why he isn't famous yet hehe. It is full of weird sci-fi fantasy awesomeness. He is a regular at our gaming table and I feel his work is a great inspiration for any Hyperborean game, let alone a true piece of art for your occular nerve to behold! The first three chapters of his four part comic epic "The Astronomer" are currently on this site for free for a time:

Cool! Does he use a computer? Or is that all by hand?

He does it all by hand with graphite then ink. I believe he then scans each page and touches it up in Photoshop to prep for printing.

Pretty sweet. Is he familiar with any of Tramp's line drawings?

I am not sure... Besides the Chaplin and the Disney characters, who is Tramp? If you don't mind me asking.

Here is a cool article about The Astrononmer's creator where he mentions one of our D&D campaigns as inspiration for his work.
