From what I gather this is an e-zine that is free that is currently produced and is up to issue #37. It is basically just short stories in the genre by various amateur authors Sort of seems more like a blog with short stories that they call a 'magazine issue'. I plan on checking it out more maybe as some late night tablet reading. He pays $10 for a story, which I don;t understand really as it doesn't seem like the magazine costs anything and has no advertising etc. I might be missing something
