Has anybody created a Night Hag type of creature they are willing to share?

Could you tell me more about what you're looking for?

Blackadder23: Insanely long villain soliloquy, then "Your action?"
BORGO'S PLAYER: I shoot him in the face

Over the weekend I played in a good con game that featured a Night Hag and want to borrow some elements for a ASSH scenario.

In a nutshell I’d like to use a version that includes:
- Night Hags are a daemon type of creature
- They corrupt the souls of people while they sleep through the sleeper’s dreams over several nights
- Can become ethereal and are so while they “ride” a sleeper while they attack the soul
- Attack the soul of the sleeper via a CHA drain.
- Once CHA equals zero the sleeper dies and the soul is turned into a larvae that the Night Hag then either eats or provides to other daemons
- Are shape changers
- Good at melee given a daemon strength and talons on their hands
- Able to cast some combat spells
- Able to cast spells to control their prey (sleep for example)

Is there one out under the OGL?

Found one... Just throw it a quick conversion if needed and your good to go...
