I haven't read the whole book yet but was just curious if there are any sorcerer run cities like with a full mage council and all?
The Ixian cities are run by necromancers and evil priests, and Yithorium is ruled by a witch queen.
Khromarium has a mayor and I'm sure he really runs things...wink wink.
