Man, I could really use an index for the 2nd edition book. I don't care if its 20 pages. Anyone know of one?

IIRC, Jeff said one was going to be included with the DM Screen KS that's upcoming. Is that right Jeff?

The new Players' Manual will include an index, but it will cover volumes 1-3.
