The mutes are transfixed by the hue. Turok is not impeded inmoving to the burnt out doorway and standing in it sees through the open ceiling of the chapel the entire sky is alight in the aquamarine glow, all ice clouds moved past.
Off to the west just over the treeline peak is the breathtaking rise of Selene.

[ Are the mutes directly affected by the moon at this time?  AND How long will the moon be up / visible?]

[Only Turok has a line of sight on Selene from the doorway.]

[Turok would not have reason to anticipate any affect of Selene on mutes.]

[Selene stays at 35 degrees, so it's going to ride the crest of that treeline until the hillrise off to the northwest, unless more clouds move in.]
