[Oh, yeah! ]
"Ah, Great Yikkorth, your humble servant requests some further assistance, if I maybe so bold. But it seems to be that I am in a bit of a predicament, and I am in further need of some (serious) aid!"

[Correct! It's in here with you!]
The hound advances as its pack clamors to enter behind.
But Narrhil is quick with his magic.
He drops the battle axe. and throws his hands up at the beast,
the swirl of cryomagic on his tongue calling his darts.
But the darts DO NOT FORM.
Narrhil's eyes widen as the violet ink begins to glow and a power surges unknown to him --
And a plethora of 9 inches long ice shards shaped as dagger
and lit hot with blinding Voilet light fly forth as a wall of blades 30 ft by 30,
penetrating all of the hound and essentially sealing the doors in a sheet of glowing ice!
A Yip is heard outside and the clamoring stops, the remaining hounds in total surprise.
The foul ink begins to fade almost as instantly as a prickling of warmed blood begins creeping through the veins of the hands, pulsing evermore toward his heart...

Narrhil praised his god for listening, as the fumbling cryomancer picks up his axe and scans the pews and temple doors for any more activity. He knew his favours were slowing dissolving; the more he asks, but he had been surely desperate.
"Great Yikkorth, your humble servant, thanks thee for your overwhelming aid, and request you take the souls of these poor misfortunate creatures who negate the prime element of cold and ice, and reside in the pathetic, unstable force of the flame to your bosom!"
Narrhil was uncertain if he should leave the temple, such creatures were alien to this environment. What was such creatures doing in such a cold place, and what had summoned them, was the Wizard close?

Narrhil hears strange voices outside the doors.

Narrhil starts to retreat to the kitchen, keeping himself hidden behind its door, and watches the main door. Feeling somewhat trapped. He could try and escape via the kitchen windows, but he cannot leave Tillak.
Offline
The violet light inside all the ice "blades" stuck into the doors and the hound begins to fade. The voices continue. Then one of the hounds throws itself against the doors.
Narrhil is in the Kitchen. The ring is thoroughly warming his blood now. (or could be adrenaline.)

Narrhil wastes no time (I not think he pick up torch), so he moves down the dark stairway (leaving the kitchen doors open; to let the hounds through), using the walls to keep his balance, then rushes into the light of the cellar. Moving quickly to the 'hole in the wall,' he crawls through and turns ready at the opening; pulling forth the wand of freezing death. He had sense magic in it. He just hoped it was not fading magic...

Narrhil arrives back in the dome, where he hopes for safety. Votin remains limp. The worm sleeps.
He catches his breath as he waits, wand out. There's no way out this space.
He can hear their movement in the cellar. They have his scent.
The sound of breaking glass coming through the small crawlspace. And gnashing of fanged teeth on frozen wolf hide....

[Tillak. ]
Narrhil prepare, wand in one hand, battle axe in other. If the wand does not work, he will quickly try to stop any hell hound's attack, that squeezes through the opening, by shoving the axe-blade into its face.
Narrhil releases a charge of the wand into the cellar, hoping it not a dud...
[So, the Continuous Light, is lightening the cellar, can he not see the hounds?, If wand is a success I roll the dice. ].

I'll draw you a picture.

Quite difficult to see through the long, low-to-the-ground, shaft into the deeper cellar.
All you can really see is the bottom shelf of dusty green bottles.

[Well, he will still uses the wand. I note shaft is quite long (longer than I had thought, I got 3x3x3 feet), so he is directing the cone through it, I hoping it (as magical) reforms it shape on other side? Splaying out to fill the chamber as it a 30 ft. cone?].
Narrhil Morrtos rolls 9d4+9 = 2 +4 +1 +2 +1 +2 +3 +1 +2 + 9 = 27.
Narrhil Morrtos: Rerolling 1s = 3d4.
Narrhil Morrtos rolls 3d4 = 2 +2 +2 = 6.
Total Damage 30.
[Could not use Unseen Servant, it not show numbers, so I could not judge what were the 1s, to get the rerolls].

Narrhil crouches down to the low crawlspace and aims the wand. The cone easily blasts through into the cellar.
There is immediate SILENCE on the other side.
[What are you talking about Unseen Servant?]

[If I did this = ]
Cone of Freezing: [9d4+9]=19+9=28
[I cannot see the individual die rolls, so if any '1s' are rolled (wand allows Cryomancer to re-roll 1s), I would not know, so I used Rolz for wand roll]

Narrhil waits, patently, wand ready, glad it had worked, but still uncertain if it will still function. He fears the talking wolf had damaged it somehow in its jaws, as it had not worked against it.

Unseen Servant is a dice roller. Ahhh.
I was thinking Narrhil was thinking the Worm was more than a Message.

The Worm wakes behind NArrhil.
Shadow fills the crawl!
