Assuming he retains his sword. And goes to fetch the flail and the crampons...

Kondor gathers the crampons and moves to the flail. Its chain has wrapped around a small piece of bent metal on the muck covered floor.
He cannot see Tetranna from this angle but he hears her grunting above and the steady rise of the slab, now 6 ft off the floor.

"Tetranna, hold! One moment while I get that flail." Kondor calls up. If she doesn't pause, Kondor will just get up on the slab instead of being left behind another moment.

Actually, I didn't roll the stats at all: I rolled it on "Waifs of the Boreas", the publisher's official pdf for quick character generation.

Now, meanwhile 17 (-1) vs charisma blows it.
Tetranna either can't or won't hear the barbarian's cry. And the slab continues its upward grind.
The flail is just within reach, Kondor. But the slab is almost as high as your head.
