"other dodging" in new adventure

While reading Ghost Ship of the Desert Dunes I noticed certain monk npcs having a +3 avoidance save then a "other dodging +1". I understand that their 15 DX gives them a +1 to avoidance saves so why is the dodging listed as well? Is it not implied in the +1 for DX or is there something maybe I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

There are some saving throws that are not avoidance saves to which you can apply that dex bonus; e.g., a fireball or entangle and other AoE spells.
