What god sits on a throne of human bones in the depths of Underborea?

(Given the setting and the character of most of the gods, a reasonable answer might be, "Pretty much all of them".  But who is specifically described as doing so in the gazetteer?)

Good guess, but not according to the gazetteer.  I think Mordezzan considers bones more as hors d'ouvres than furniture!
