    Shadow's and Spectre's Touch Attack

    Although it is not explicitly stated in their descriptions, I assume the touch attack of shadows and spectres ignores armour and shield as they are incorporeal creatures, right?

    A referee certainly can play them that way, but that was not the intent. With rare exception (e.g., shocking grasp), armour class is armour class, whether imparted by armour worn, dexterity, and/or sorcery.
