I assume you are talking about quick spell reference sheets that summarize spell effects in a single concise sentence. There isn't one specifically for AS&SH that I know of but imagine a little Google-fu will dig up an AD&D 1st edition version that could serve as a springboard for making your own.

What I meant was a quick reference sheet that has the mechanics spelled out, similar to a GM screen or crib sheet.

In that case, no I don't think a cheat sheet exists, since the mechanics are fairly straightforward and very traditional. It wouldn't be hard to summarize them, though.
