Not sure you missed any, All could be a good fit...

I especially believe the Barrier Peaks would be a great fit because of Wierd Science...

For Horror/Fear, I've used the higher of Wisdom or Intelligence as a line, as both can be used, Wisdom to apply past knowledge to the situation, and Intelligence to understand the situation at hand and apply understanding to the situation. EX, A Wise, but an unintelligent person could apply past knowledge and lore to a situation to overcome the fear/horror of it. An Intelligent, but Unwise, could understand the situation and overcome their fear/horror using their brain to understand the Why/How in the current situation.

Yes, he did. He's also on Discord as under_score....

I'd go with the D&D SRD rules for it. It's in 3.5, but I translate it over...
CaltropsA caltrop is a four-pronged iron spike crafted so that one prong faces up no matter how the caltrop comes to rest. You scatter caltrops on the ground in the hope that your enemies step on them or are at least forced to slow down to avoid them. One 2- pound bag of caltrops covers an area 5 feet square. Each time a creature moves into an area covered by caltrops (or spends a round fighting while standing in such an area), it might step on one. The caltrops make an attack roll (base attack bonus +0) against the creature. For this attack, the creature’s shield, armor, and deflection bonuses do not count. If the creature is wearing shoes or other footwear, it gets a +2 armor bonus to AC. If the caltrops succeed on the attack, the creature has stepped on one. The caltrop deals 1 point of damage, and the creature’s speed is reduced by one-half because its foot is wounded. This movement penalty lasts for 24 hours, or until the creature is successfully treated with a DC 15 Heal check, or until it receives at least 1 point of magical curing. A charging or running creature must immediately stop if it steps on a caltrop. Any creature moving at half speed or slower can pick its way through a bed of caltrops with no trouble.Caltrops may not be effective against unusual opponents.

I know that the 2nd Ed-focused character sheet on Roll20 works well with the third Edition. But it's because it's a very generic sheet and basically lets you put in your own abilities beyond the basic stats for each character type.

Conan Soundtracks, along with several others, Last Samurai, Hobbit/LotR, Etc..

I usually go for the instrumentals, not the ones with Voices, but have started using some of the Norse music I dug up on Spotify...

Maybe an Island of Dr. Morero kind of thing where some Madman has developed some ancient weird science that interfaces with the Dino brain, Like seeing Dinos running around with Metal caps with an antenna sticking out...

Thanks mucho.

I'm still pondering/experimenting with the physique stuff along with general "what has changed?" things.

I think updating race might be the first thing I can do with minimal fuss.

Doing Ethnicity should be a breeze as long as you're not doing the Height/Weight. Add those and it's maybe al dozen extra tables/rolls...

I actually have my players hop online with me and run through Gizmo's PC generator using either Method 3 or 4 on Strictness 2, to generate their characters. I have them create 2 characters (one for Main, one on Backup) for when/if the main character dies as many do in Hyperborea. They can run the generator 2 times for each character they are creating (choosing the one with the preferred stats).
(Thanks again Gizmo for making such a great engine to help with character generation!)

Most of the games I've seen kicking around end at 11 PM EST (Some later as many players are CST). And they start at ~8 PM, so 10 would be a little short. May have to open your window a bit...

I figured I'd ask for my ideal time and be flexible if I couldn't find a match.  Any openings in the Roll20 game you mentioned starting soon in another thread?

Had session zero last Thursday, Full up currently, but may be able to fit another in eventually. Need to get my GMing legs back under me. I haven't actively GMed in a couple of years (covid) and I've never GMed on VTT, so a lot of getting used to...

We are currently planning for every other Thursday 8 PM EST-11 PM EST (I'm in MA, but several of my players are CT).

If I open the 7th spot I'll PM you...

I would not allow it. I see "laying on hands" as requiring both hands. I feel this kind of stunt would be a player trying to put one over on me, and that never ends well at my table. https://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/lol.png

But you should do whatever you like. https://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/smile.png

Didn't realize his touch attack meant Lay on Hands, that would have been a hard no in that case. Like you, I feel a Lay on Hands action describes itself... lay on HANDS...
