Look under two-weapon attacks, there is a specific example of a Monk's use of Hands as two weapons

.N.B.: A monk using the two-weapon fighting technique with his empty hands is treated as if wielding WC 0 weapons.

[size=100]Then, Looking at that statement, WC 0 Weapons have no Attack penalty, thus based on the following are the Monks Primary and Secondary hand Penalties...

DX.         WC 0 (P)/ WC 0 (S)
13-16.     0/-2
17.          0/-1
18.          0/0

For what it's worth I wrote a post about a way to import character info into roll20.

I should probably write up something if you have a paid account and access to the API.

Actually, As I'm not a Paid, I still use your Character builder, but then just manually import as I don't have the API access. Which BTW, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! for you Character builder. Makes creating characters SO easy. I also told the GM's for the games I'm in, and they have everyone create the characters the same way (at least 6 games a week between the two GM's). they set what they will allow as the character rolls, and then we share the screen with the DM and can create 3 sets of rolls for a character (basically open the character editor three times and make three characters) taking the best we go the next step and send it to the PDF. then manually copy it in. Works well and everyone loves the simplicity of the tools. Great Work Gizmo! from the Many that use your stuff...

Here is a sample of a Character done out in Roll20. Note under combat I list out all the weapon ranges so I can just make a single click on the character sheet and do the attack roll and damage roll with any bonuses/penalties built in.

Note, the Equipment list is cut off as I only have a 4k screen and couldn't screencap the whole sheet. (yes there are some errors on the sheet, but I just rolled her up before taking the shot)

I'm current;y in 2 ASSH games on Roll20. One on Monday 8 EST, and one on Thursday 8 EST. Roll20 has some ASSH Character sheets with a great design, and the rolling system is good. Provided you put any maps you want to use the system via editing and scanning, the outcome can be great for gaming. Roll20 works great for Theater of the mind without Issue, Maps with Grids are what makes it a little fidgety.
We only use Roll20 for Visual and rolling Aid, All audio is done with Discord (which now allows Video if you so choose to use, Dice bots can also be added in Discord)

Overall, It all depends on your players. If they focus on playing, you can get a lot accomplished. However, if its a group that have all been friends for years, and they spend much of their time giving each other crap, the game will suffer and you won't get a lot in.

Just watched "Underwater", Was pretty good, Felt only a little like an "Abyss"/"Leviathian" remake, Had an almost Lovdraftian like end scene. Monster reminded me of Dagon...

Not in period for Hyperborea, but HBO's upcoming show "Lovecraft Country" looks like it may be pretty good.

The premise from Wikipedia:
Lovecraft Country follows "Atticus Black as he joins up with his friend Letitia and his Uncle George to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father. This begins a struggle to survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the terrifying monsters that could be ripped from a Lovecraft paperback."

This came up in my last session. Currently running my players through Charnel Crypt and the berserker in the party failed a save vs. transformation and was turned to stone. I did a quick search during the session and found casting Stone to Flesh will allow a person to be restored, but wanted to see if there are any other methods that could be used.

Another party member asked if the transformation was caused by magic and whether a Dispel Magic spell would reverse the change and I wasn't really sure what to tell them. For the sake of continuing the session, I allowed it, as it was early and it would have left the petrified player twiddling their thumbs for the rest of the evening. I did let my players know that I wasn't sure and would allow it this time around but would come back with a final decision later.

At the end of the day, I know it's whatever I choose to allow, but wanted to see what other people's thoughts were on this since I wasn't able to find anything else on the subject.

I would have looked at it like this. The act of Petrification may take a full round or more to complete. If a character casts a Dispell Magic "during" the transformation, I'd give it a chance to dispel the process, but significant amounts of damage may have been taken during the transformation. Once the transformation was complete, I'd go with only a stone to flesh spell would do to return them to normal.

That is just my opinion though. The world is yours, you make the rules/decisions as you wish...

We've had 4 sessions now in StoneHell and havn't gotten to the box canyon yet. Killed a bunch of Orc that were harassing travelers on the trail to the Canyon. Tracked them back to thier home, wiped them out, and took over their cave complex as our headquarters. It's ~3 miles away from the Canyon opening so much nicer trip to get back to support. We "hired" a bunch of NPCs (actually backup characters) that will gain a partial share of any discoveries, and provide support/security and play "next man up" in case of Deaths and training/research time off for the main characters. (all players have 2 characters, main and Secondary).

I would think, based on the description of a rust monster, that it's more likely that it starts turning the metallic objects to rust via some super oxidizing chemical process and then "ShopVacs" up the resulting dust. The mandibles might just be there as bony outcroppings to protect the mouth. But it any case, it's your game, make the rules what you want...

PS> For food when there are no Adventures around, there are always Veins of metals to be consumed...

I'd go with Blackadder's assessment as well. Damage already levied because of the Poison wouldn't be returned, but any cumulative or upcoming damage could be mitigated.

I do men as monsters Ex, Barbarians, Bandits etc, are all listed in the Monsters section, when I need tougher opponents, I add more (swarm) or I bump them in HD, remembering that HD kinda equates for Level, I'll bump HD and give them some skills.
The exception is when I want captains or magic-using NPCs, then I will create a Character like setup, still with the "monster" like HD, etc, but apply spells selections and abilities associated with that of a class.

Example encounter for 8 6th level Characters for a game I've run:
Pictish Scouting Party (8 Picts(3HD), 1 Captain(6 HD), 1 Shaman(6HD))
                        Picts                            Captain                        Shaman
AL                                            (Chaotic Neutral)
SZ                    M                                 M                                 M
MV                   40                                40                                40
DX                   12                                13                                14
AC                   AC7                             AC4                             AC7
HD                   (3HD)                          (6HD)                          (6HD)
#A                    1/1                              2/1                               1/1
D                      D8                              D8(L-Sword +2)          (Scimitar +2)
